The Â鶹´«Ã½Academy of Master Surgeon Educators virtual Fireside Chat Series connects you with experts for an open dialog driven by audience questions. The next session, 7:00–8:00 pm on Thursday, May 30, will be a discussion with Â鶹´«Ã½Past-PresidentÌýL. D. Britt, MD, MPH, FACS, FCCM,Ìýand will focus on his career and lessons learned.

Dr. Britt is the Henry Ford Professor and Edward J. BrickhouseÌýChair of the Department of Surgery at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk. He was Co-Chair of the Steering Committee that created the Academy, a Past-Chair of the Â鶹´«Ã½Board of Regents, and a leader and member of many other Â鶹´«Ã½committees, in addition to leading other noteworthy medical organizations.
