Â鶹´«Ã½Board of Regents Vice-Chair Fabrizio Michelassi, MD, FACS, will be the featured guest during an Academy of Master Surgeon Educators virtual Fireside Chat on Thursday, March 28, at 7:00 pm.

Dr. Michelassi, who is the Lewis Atterbury Stimson Professor and chair of the Department of Surgery at Weill Cornell Medicine and Surgeon-in-Chief of NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York City, will talk about his career as a gastrointestinal surgeon, his leadership roles within the Â鶹´«Ã½and academia, and the lessons he learned along the way. He’ll also take questions from the audience. Mohsen M. Shabahang, MD, PhD, FACS, is the program host.
